iN Design Hub has begun pre‑sales after a soft launch and a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed with Armani BizCore, signaling a new joint effort to support Malaysia’s home‑design and renovation market.

Partnership details and location

The MOU was signed by Mr. Iko iN, founder of iN Publishers and iN Design Lab, and Mr. Chris Yong, group deputy chief executive officer of the Armani Group. The agreement places iN Design Hub on Level 5 of the Armani BizCore complex, where 62 units will be allocated to businesses across the design and renovation ecosystem.

Unlike a typical office tower, the development is marketed as an industry‑focused platform that blends commercial space with branding, media exposure and networking opportunities. The concept aims to gather home‑living brands, product suppliers, interior designers, contractors, manufacturers and service providers under one roof.

What the hub will offer

The 62 units are intended for a wide range of activities, from showrooms and retail spaces to design studios and consultation centres. Potential occupants include firms dealing in furniture, lighting, kitchen systems, sanitaryware, appliances, doors, windows, digital locks, flooring, wall materials and renovation services.

By co‑locating these varied businesses, the hub seeks to make it easier for property owners and industry buyers to browse multiple product categories and professional services in a single visit. The arrangement also aims to create stronger links among suppliers, designers, contractors, investors and end users.

According to the filing, Armani BizCore will contribute its property development expertise, while iN Publishers and iN Design Lab will handle market positioning, branding, promotion and industry engagement for the hub.

Pre‑sale phase and early interest

With the partnership formalised, iN Design Hub entered its pre‑sale stage. Prospective buyers, investors and brand owners are urged to register interest promptly, as the limited 62 units mean early registrants can evaluate preferred locations, layouts and sizes.

The pre‑sale opening follows a ceremony attended by business partners, media representatives, interior‑design professionals and suppliers. During the event, both parties outlined the vision, development direction and commercial potential of the hub.

Mr. Iko iN said, “iN Design Hub is created to be more than a commercial property. It is an industry‑focused platform where brands, designers, suppliers and property owners can connect within one ecosystem. Through this collaboration with Armani BizCore, we aim to create greater visibility, stronger business opportunities and long‑term value for Malaysia’s home design and renovation industry.”

The hub builds on more than two decades of experience from iN Publishers and iN Design Lab, which have previously worked with interior designers, architects, property developers, manufacturers, suppliers and home‑living brands across Malaysia and the Asia‑Pacific region. Their network is expected to attract a diverse set of occupants to the new development.

Overall, iN Design Hub positions itself as a dedicated space for product presentation, business development and professional collaboration, aiming to become a recognised destination for Malaysia’s design, renovation and home‑living sectors.
